Harrah’s Casinos operates numerous night club properties, generally adjacent to their casinos.
Goal
- Drive additional foot traffic to their nightclub properties and casinos through a mobile tie-in to Harrah’s “Total Rewards” loyalty program
Solution
- unique in-venue mobile games were created : “IceBreaker and Innuendo” focused on creating value and fun for patrons.
Results
- All participants feed into a MobileVIP Loyalty Program, and participation earns points in the loyalty program.
